Damian’s expertise lies in his industry knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and content management solutions. Leading teams in pharma and hospital products landed him in four countries: Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Damian has spent more than 30 years in the life sciences industry beginning with a 20-year run at Abbott filling various leadership roles in sales, sales management, marketing, business unit management, and division management. Four years of Business Development success at Actis and then at Quintiles included selling CRM and analytics solutions, and staffing contract sales teams.

As the Senior Global Account Sales Director for Cegedim Relationship Management (now IQVIA), he led a team of global account managers in Europe selling CRM and Data solutions to key European customers.

Moving to Salesforce, Damian led the team selling the Salesforce platform to UK-based life sciences customers. He joined Veeva to lead the Enterprise Sales team in Europe on the commercial side of the business and later absorbed the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) enterprise in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
