Erin Northington

Erin focuses on helping start-up biotech, pharma, medical device, and medical cannabis and cannabinoid companies rapidly accelerate their commercialization journey and establish their IT and regulatory compliance strategies.

She has over two decades of experience in life sciences GxP applications, business relationship management, regulatory compliance program management, and IT strategy development. Prior to USDM, Erin worked in various IT roles overseeing global technology teams and has extensive expertise in enterprise-wide process improvement.

Erin is passionate about learning new things, which is why she loves technology, travel, and reading. In the past year, Erin has been learning how to surf, play ping pong, and is planning to get certified in scuba and to do backcountry backpacking this year.

She holds a B.S. in IT Systems and Data Processing from Willian Jewell College and an MBA from Webster University.
