Nicole Rowe is the Director of Organizational Change Management Solutions at USDM Life Sciences.
Nicole assists USDM Life Sciences’ clients with communication and training planning and development for new/upgraded cloud technology implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and overall processes changes. Industry standard processes, tools, and techniques are used to prepare and support, individuals, teams, and organizations throughout the organizational change process. Understanding the impact on people in the organization (considering both processes and technology), managing resistance, and understanding that collective change must begin at the individual level is at the forefront of all engagements.
Nicole has a decade of experience as a consultant providing clients with business analyst, project management, Computer Systems Validation (CSV), and change management support. She has 5+ years of dedicated experience in the life science industry assisting organizations in designing, implementing, and improving complex business processes. Her past includes program management and organizational change management services of complex information-technology, multi-vendor, multi-company and country projects for biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Nicole’s experience includes Employee Engagement Survey’s and Initiatives, OCM, and Program Management consulting. She has experience with Pharmaceutical Track and Trace, Quality Management System (QMS), Electronic Document Management (EDMS), Electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF), Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resources (HR), Single Sign On (SSO), Learning Management System (LMS) technologies.
